Tyrants govern by decree.
There are tyrants, and then there are despots.
Tyrants are utterly unredeemable; however, there have been in recent history benevolent despots who saved the respective populace from a progressive bent that would destroy the nation.
Franco, Pinochet, Fujumori.
Perhaps America needs a good dose of that, especially when one considers that the Constitution has been shredded and flushed by this wave of progressive insanity.
