First, no mention of dad anywhere. If someone in the schools did something this traumatic to my child tey would have a very serious adult to worry about. Not lawyers or media but someone out for retribution of the physical sort. I would not let this stand and they would not forget the lesson. These monsters are so accustomed to being protected and I would make sure they lived in the fear they like to instill in little children.
Some years ago, a father in Massachusetts tried to prevent the school from subjecting his first-grader to homosexual indoctrination. The result? The father was jailed, then prevented by court order from setting foot on the child's campus; and the child was subsequently bullied and no teachers came to the child's defense.
