To me they're not so much concerned about the gun but more interested in indoctrinating the child on the power of the state. Start them at an early age like they do in North Korea, so when they grow into adults they act like this.......... especially in presence of The Dear Leader...
No, I think this is more about emasculating/feminizing boys, so that the government doesn't have any MEN to worry about when it comes to potential REVOLTING AGAINST THEIR POLICE STATE.
If there hadn't already been put in place the past few generations the indoctrination of boys into GIRLHOOD since the 1960's, there'd ALREADY have been a CWII/ARII in this country.
