I would dare say if France and England actually did something to help Poland in her hour of need, as they had promised, they could have at least slowed down Hitler.
Yes, England and France were not entirely blameless. Nobody was blameless.
It was a bit off topic, but I nearly said in my earlier post that that, unlike the French, many Poles did plenty to help the Jews, even though they were under the hammer of both Hitler and Stalin.
Typically, the left continues to blame the Pope and the Poles for the Holocaust, although they both did what they could to help the Jews, but they never mention the culpability of FDR. Sure, some of the worst death camps were in Poland, but that was because the Nazis found it convenient to put them there. They killed millions of Poles in the camps, as well as Jews.
