Social Security numbers were first issued in November 1936.
BUT Census records existed far longer than that.
If in fact the SSN that Obozo uses was issued in March 1977 but not connected to Zero until 1986, who was it originally assigned to? Remember, SSNs are not reassigned.
All of the question marks about Obozo’s past show that it is totally conjured. Created out of whole cloth, by some government agency. No other way unless it was identity theft.
I do not think anything can be said about the period 1977 to 1986 either way from the statement itself. The writing implies that Obama's name should be linked to the SSAN going back to 1977, but to infer that might be incorrect...(??) Eg, records exist which do tie Obama's name to the SSAN going back to 1977, but either the investigator did not find them, or they are protected from release to the public by law.
