I've been saying for a while now, that what Sven (& this alleged attorney) are/have been saying is nothing but hearsay, opinion.

Merely pointing out that there exists the real possibility that SAD is mentioned in any INS docs as the "mom", after she became an adoptive parent. In other words, she could be a legal "mom", but not the birth mother.
