Ever heard of a anyone making a false declaration? Ever heard of anyone producing a forged birth certificate? Ever heard of anyone committing custody fraud? Ever heard of anyone claiming a child is theirs, when it wasn’t? Is there a name for identity theft, if it’s the result of colusion?
I think it’s FRAUD.
And I doubt zero knew about it until FMD told him, just before he left Hawaii after graduation. It’s possible they lied to him and he believed the kenyan was his father.
When there is a credible accusation of fraud or identity theft there is a law enforcement investigation for fraud or identity theft and then a grand jury is convened by a prosecutimg attorney to look at whether there is enough evidence for the issuing of an indictment.
Just because some people wish there was criminality doesn’t make it so.
