Section 2 says 0’s original b.c. will show he had 2 u.s. citizen parents.

Section 3 pg. 2 says 0 naturalized Indonesian in 1968.

Section 11 pg. 3 says Catholic charities took over when he came back in 1971.

Section 13 pg. 8 says neither of 0’s parents were black.

Section 14 pg. 8 says he lost his u.s. citizenship

Section 16 pg. 10 says 0 naturalized as u.s. citizen in 1983.

I think one more thing that might be important in understanding exactly how this could have happened. In section 3 of page 2, it explains WHY the loss of Certificate of Loss of Nationality was issued. Most would assume that such a certificate if issued would be against one's will, and since it would not be required, then one was not issued. What the brief is saying is that it was issued because it was requested to 'facilitate' the Indonesian naturalization process.

It would be interesting to see if Indonesian naturalization laws of the time required the individual to renounce prior nationality.

Albert W. L. Moore Jr. has a narrative for Barry involving adoption via Catholic charities that sounds just like that of well-known delusional FReeper...and provides no evidence or coherent logic to support it, only speculation. Moore merely invites the court to go on a fishing expedition, which no court will grant. He claims to be a lawyer but even though I am not one, I have spent a lot of time in court and this brief appears to be bogus from top to bottom.
