Its becoming ever harder to believe that the scandal was not a political pursuit.

Defenders of the Obama administration and the IRS insist that the agencys targeting of conservative groups was not politically motivated. It was wrong and regrettable, they concede, but can be chalked up to incompetence, corner-cutting, or (seriously) lack of funding politics had nothing to do with it. We were not politically motivated in targeting conservative groups, acting IRS commissioner Steven Miller told members of Congress in May. This was not a political pursuit, former White House adviser David Plouffe said Sunday on ABCs This Week.

Being able to collect tax deductible donations is by definition being tax payer subsidized.
The only way someone could believe this, is if they believe that all money belongs to the government to begin with, and therefore, any money they don't take from you, is being taken from the government/everyone else (this attitude is not hard to understand when you consider the poster is a leftist/liberal, and therefore a collectivist). He/she also seems to believe that you should not be able to speak without paying a fee (taxes) to the government, and that if you don't pay that fee, the government should be able to decide whether or not what you are saying is free speech (actually, it would be more accurate to call it "allowed" speech)
Just breathtakingly stupid.
