Hell... we played war all my childhood. My brothers and I can testify that by playing with toy guns early on we developed a respect for firearms later on. Eventually we graduated up to BB guns and pellet guns.

We knew how to use weapons and hunt safely long before hunter safety courses came to be. We still took the safety courses though just to see if the instructors knew what they were doing. * Grins!

It is unnatural to be so afraid of a toy gun. If liberal educators had their way and made everyone afraid of guns, who would fight the wars? Boys play with toy guns.....period. What they did to this child was abuse.
