I took note of a story a few days ago that actually posted an information request made by the IRS to the Ohio Liberty Council on March 16, 2012.(http://media.aclj.org/pdf/lois-lerner-targeted-irs-inquiry-letter-3-16-2012.pdf) I found this particularly interesting, because the Ohio Liberty Council is in the penultimate battleground state of Ohio. I also noted the time of the request coincides with the time when the the Presidental ground game needs to ramp up.

The primary interest the President had for the IRS in the months leading up to the election was information that it could use to get reelected. If I am right, the Obama campaign may have conspired with the IRS to receive stolen information. If so, the campaign is a racketeering organization, which calls into question the legitimacy of the election. I am guessing Lisa Myers will not think about that, but Jay Sekulow might. In a civil RICO case, the prevailing party gets attorney’s fees.
