You can bet the ranch that when they each come up for re-election, Rep. Gowdy & Sen. Cruz will be deemed public enemies #1 and #1a by the left.
Although the Dims want to crush any & every dissenting voice, the last time around they were particularly focused on Michele Bachmann & Allen West.
Gowdy & Cruz should take notes on the nasty tactics used, as they will be facing a similar (if not worse) onslaught.
Not only will the dims be out to get them so will the national GOP establishment. As evidence look at the fight the GOP put up against the IRS’s war on conservatives for the last 10 plus years. Oh you missed it, silly me I meant lack of fight. It took the dims bringing it out to get the GOP to fight for Conservatives.
