Yup. And I believe we should carefully examine the role of a potential Special Prosecutor. I am highly skeptical hearing it first from Democrats! If they want a SP, you can be sure they’ve already decided Who and the whole thing will be a way to “move on” without any real answers.
If she is dimissed, she will be back at the job in a year with full back pay after appeals.
I have to wonder in light of this journolist bs why the conservative ‘leaders’ that signed Rubio’s Ocho letter don’t also sign one saying no conservative should have any contact with the ‘listers’.
And shun anyone that does right out of the political right..

Folks I think we were watching kaboki theater today in an attempt to get her testimony on record without exposing her testimony. Miss Lois may have indeed pulled the trigger before she was in their cross pins

There is some truth in that. When the committee drags the hearrings on, more evidence comes out from different sources.

That might have worked last week, but it's too little too late at the moment. I wouldn't have given a 25% chance then that Lerner would do jail time; now, after that ridiculous performance with the 5th Amendment I'd say it's closer to 50-50 and maybe even leaning a little toward the Grey Bar Hotel.
Even if she decides not to bend over and take it, there is still the matter of proof. Someone will go down for this if Klein and his little chorus line are all singing the company tune correctly. I mean down hard, Haldeman and Erlichman and Mitchell hard. If she doesn't have it on paper, I hope Lerner likes her jumpsuit.
Is the reason they had them all trek to the WH because they wanted to send a message they still have watery friends in the media, or was it because they’re afraid their phones are being tapped? I mean, I could see that being true..
I heard a GOPer on CSPAN say that the boss, Lerner?, was in the room when they questioned the underlings.
