Per the OIG report, "Burke's Law" could be a thing of the past if his "professional conduct" catches up with him at the bar. A report released today by the Department of Justice Office of Inspector General pronounces a harsh assessment of former United States Attorney Dennis Burke, and leaves open the real possibility that the one-time confidante and staffer to Janet Napolitano, key contributor to drafting the first federal assault weapon ban legislation, and White House Senior Policy Analyst in the Clinton administration, could be stripped of his license[s] to practice law.
The report, focusing on improper actions conducted by Burke to leak information with the intent of undermining the credibility of Fast and Furious whistleblower John Dodson, is unequivocal in its assessment of his professional actions under color of authority.
We found Burkes conduct in disclosing the Dodson memorandum to be inappropriate for a Department employee and wholly unbefitting a U.S. Attorney, it concludes.

When the shock wears off from the mindboggling tragedies yesterday and today, you might want to read this.

I think they should all go straight to hell forthwith so they can be tried by a jury of their peers.

The judge has the case on privilege , why won’t he rule? Now would be a great time to rule for the house and force the release of the documents.

Ah, disbarment, a term I have heard very little of with this Administration, even though most of the the lying and obstruction of justice is being committed by lawyers at taxpayer expense. I have always maintained that an individual would rather go to jail for a year or two than lose his sheep skin. We need to refer all the scumbag lying obstructionist government lawyers to their respective bar disciplinary boards for disbarment. I am especially upset with the obstructionist activity perpetrated by Justice Department lawyers in their defending Zero in his multiple eligibility cases. They have referred time and again to his forged birth document and maintained that it is an authentic document, knowing full well it is a cheap computer generated document.

I'm with you, Paladin2. We, the people need to look at all the horrors of the current so-called "administration," though I believe "regime" would be the more accurate term.

I'm sure you could repeat that statement more then once and get a thumbs up from most here. Perhaps he would find it acceptable if a lynch mob dragged him to a tree and threw the rope over the lower thick limb. After all. He doesn't believe in the system he has pretended to represent.
