When I saw the photo on The Drudge Report my reaction was the same as almost any other current or former member of the Armed Services—disgust. It reminded me of the Clintons who used uniformed military officers as servers to pass drinks and hors d’oeuvres at one of their White House gatherings. Do Democrats have no understanding of whom and what military people are? Do they not understand that the role of the military is one that less than one in ten Americans are willing to do? Apparently they are unaware of the sacrifices military men and women have made and continue to make every day: separation from families, surrender of many rights that civilians take for granted, weeks, months, years of arduous training, sub-standard pay and, of course, the risk of deploying to a war zone with all the absurdity, fear, craziness, horrific sights, frightening sounds that seemingly never stop, and ever-scarring sights and wrenching smells, thoughts and tortures. They see death and misery up close and personal, knowing that they could be the next casualty, in an instant. This is what gives them the right and privilege to wear their countries uniform and gives us reason to honor them and be grateful for such men and women as these. They should never be demeaned or disgraced, certainly not while in uniform, by any civilian, especially one who has never served, regardless of his rank or stature. President Obama has disgraced himself, yet again, by this display of arrogance, ignorance and ingratitude.
Many believe that the Marine “dress blue” uniform is issued to Marines, but they would be wrong. Marines must purchase their “blues” out of the money from their meager pay. My son bought his seven years ago for about $500 (including tailoring, shoes, gloves, etc.). If any article of clothing becomes worn, stained or any other kind of blemish, it must be replaced. Dress blues cannot be worn unless perfect. There is actually a written code that dictates exactly how the uniform is to be worn and any breach can be severely punished. The code specifies that an umbrella cannot be carried while wearing dress blues—under any circumstances. Only the Commandant of the Marines can make an exception to the code. The President doesn’t even have that authority. There is a cape that covers the shoulders that can be worn in the rain, but no umbrella—ever.
The jacket is of beautiful blue, almost black wool and any place a rain drop falls often leaves a permanently discolored spot. In other words the jacket can be ruined, in which case it cannot be worn again. I wonder who is going to buy these Marines new uniforms. Do you suppose the Narcissist-in-Chief even cares?

As disgusting and disrespectful this is, has any dhimmicrats even attempted to rationalize the incident away? I haven’t heard.
I saw that picture with a mixture of fury and admiration: fury for the pampered, ignorant soft-handed sod that perpetrated it, and admiration for the young Marine that pulled it off with such class. Semper Fi, baby.

Someone needs to sit Buckwheat and Prissy down and explain to both of them what the military is supposed to do and who they are. They don’t hold umbrellas and they don’t pass out canapes. They kill people and break things.
I have a complete understanding of why Buckwheat let those men die in Benghazi. Simply, he hates and disrespects them. I think the feeling is mutual.

This shows an important difference between conservative and liberal world view. Liberals see the military as their servants, even as slaves, and lower on the respect chain, whereas I think conservatives see the military as an equal in civil service, a guest at the parties, not a servant, but an honored presence to an event, not the hired help.
Our warriors deserve better than that which Obama and Hillary have done to them and their patriotism. The elitism of the left exposed by this demonstration should be a reminder to anyone even related to someone in or retired from the military, what electing an elitist means.
I believe they were eliminating Chris Stevens with the Benghazi “event.” Dead men tell no weapons-running tales.
Something happened for clinton and obama to just let them die like that.

Democrats, as all Leftists, hate and fear the military. That is why Democrat presidents since Carter have sliced and diced the military and have striven to make it as ineffective as possible, thus the officer corps of Carter, Clinton, and The current Moslem in Chief.Homosexuals in the military from top to bottom and women in the front lines will render the infantry, at least, ineffective on foreign battlefields and useful only domestically.
They understand it perfectly. That is the reason they hate the military, because they can not stand to be around honorable people. I despise them equally.
Perhaps they were an atonement gift for the supposed killing of OBL.
based on what I am reading about how turkey and obama keep demanding Syria’s regime change, and how Russia is on Assad’s side, and how the ambassador had just met with the Turkish ambassador just hours before being killed, I would have to say it was a Russian hit. a message to obama not to folk with Syria.
I don’t much care who ordered the attack. But I care very much who ordered the stand-down.
According to that recent study-real men are conservatives. Gays, metrosexuals and wimps that are scared of guns are all naturally libs.
Liberal wimps look to big strong men to defend them, namely cops and union goons.
