He’s right on housing. We are seeing our housing related business close to tripling this year. Demographics are driving the demand. All the inventory levels, new and existing are in or below normal levels. 1 million starts would be up 30% from last years 780k. We are on track for that this year.

We’re in the hottest market in NC - and it tanked starting the week of the Boston bombing - showings down 75% from normal. I suggest you are in rare market.

Our business in Charlotte is up 75% over the last 12 months. Phoenix, San Jose and a few others In the sand states are up over 150%. We are the largest manufacturer of our product and in the top 100 MSA’s in the country and sales in all 50 states so we aren’t geographically concentrated.
