Of course they aren't mutually exclusive. But, he's not completely stupid, and the powers that run him (he's only a puppet, after all) are anything but stupid--they know exactly what they're doing in dismantling our free republic--and they are extremely powerful.

Although Obama is likely not the sharpest tool in the shed, he is not completely stupid. But, he is only a puppet of the higher powers that run him--those powers are extremely intelligent, extremely powerful and extremely evil.

I don’t see it as an either/or situation. Obama is both incompetent and malicious. He is also a Communist and a cult leader of this pop generation, especially the pop media. Obama epitomizes modern liberalism, in that he not only lies, but he is a lie. From his bogus BC and SS#, his fake draft card and records at Columbia to his lowdown marriage and creative biographies posing as autobiographies, Obama isn’t real. He is a sleazy character written for a leftist horror story, and B rated at that. But he is black and homosexual, anti Christian and American, multicultural and PC, a virtual walking, talking, lying, conniving example of what the American left envisions as the American dream.

Response: No he is not completely stupid. I would estimate his General IQ at about 110 to 115 or "Bright Normal." His intelligence is largely verbal. He is glib. As far as quantitative thinking he can probably handle the four operators on the Natural Number System; at least to the level "1, 2, 3 many."
