Yes, He’s Canadian....he and his wife moved here because after ten years they can get pensions both from here and from Canada. I asked him why they didn’t become citizens here since reaping from this country.... He said...why should we stay here when we can go back to Canada and get free health care the US doesn’t offer....so we’ll be set financially.
