Of course they don’t say it like that, but this is the decision spoken by their actions.

Regarding Hawaii, I have read numerous articles which accuse Hawaii of having run an American citizenship market for the entire pacific rim, and that this practice was blatant starting in the 50s and continuing all the way to the present. Hawaii’s birth certificate laws allow for a great deal of abuse if state officials are so inclined to use them that way.

Of course this little tidbit never seems to register with people. “

It would help the cause and the amount of publicity if plaintiffs in the hundreds of lawsuits that have been filed would present some actual examples of identity theft/document fraud from Hawaii, to establish the pattern.
Just alleging that Hawaii has/had lax standards won’t cut it in court and Congress hasn’t been very interested in this issue. I wonder if there were ever any Congresssional hearings on Hawaii birth certificate standards prior to Obama coming on the scene.

Proof of such is difficult to come by because all parties to such a scam would be loath for the truth to come out. It might endanger their citizenship on the one hand, and it might implicate Hawaiian officials on the other.

With that in mind, I know of one person on the internet (yeah, like that's proof.) who claims to have been born in Brisbane Australia, yet also says he has a Hawaiian birth certificate which claims he was born there. Likewise, I believe the cold case posse claims to have examples from several people of just such birth certificate fraud on the part of Hawaii.

I have seen no actual proof of this, but that does not establish that none exists. I merely don't have access to it. Hopefully the cold case posse will be able to make an irrefutable case, though given past experience, I shall not be surprised to be disappointed.
