Where did they get it? (Who forged this one?)
Well, as I understand it (and I could be wrong), the one from the Alabama Democratic Party is a certified copy that Pixel Patriot or Obamareleaseyourrecords got from the Alabama Court. I’m not sure but I think the Jack Ryan copy was downloaded from the Court’s website (using Pacer?) and then they added the watermark (Friends of the Fogbow) and uploaded it to the Ryan scribd account.
The diamond pattern than might be a watermark. Was it added to screw with people?
