On April 19th, Glenn Beck accused the United States government of conducting a widespread coverup regarding Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi, a Saudi national who was injured during the Boston Marathon bombing, and promised that, on Monday, he would reveal information he had allegedly obtained that revealed Alharbi "was a very bad, bad, bad man," which he threatened to reveal on Monday unless the government came clean first.
Beck has since made good on his promise and claimed that the NTC issued an event file calling for Alharbi's deportation using section 212, 3B which is proven terrorist activity.
"We are not sure who actually tagged him as a ’212 3B,’ but we know it is very difficult to charge someone with this — it has to be almost certain," said Beck. "It is the equivalent in civil society of charging someone with premeditated murder and seeking the death penalty — it is not thrown around lightly." ... There's just one problem: Alharbi and the Saudi national who was called for deportation are two different people.
Representative Jeff Duncan (R-SC), whom The Blaze credited as possessing the original event file, already asked the DHS Secretary, Janet Napolitano, about the Saudi national during a hearing last Thursday. Napolitano stated that she was "unaware of anyone who is being deported for national security concerns at all related to Boston."
According to DHS officials, the other individual is already in U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody.
Furthermore, the other Saudi national was only reported to have been detained for being in violation of his visa, with no mention of 212 3B given at all. According to DHS officials, his case and the Boston Marathon are unrelated.
This is not some new revelation. It was information that was all freely available to Beck.

Yes the FBI convinced a judge to issued a search warrant, took many items out of his apt including a big roll of yellow wire (photo on the site here), interviewed his roommate for 4 hours , and he was the wrong guy. Ok ,right oh look over there it’s Ricin in envelopes , oh wait it’s not. UHHGGGG

For your information.. the DHS officers that know of the identity wrote it down on a piece of paper, gave it to a Bigfoot, then were then whisked away by an alien abduction!

I forgot about that. There was a report that Big Foot visited the Saudi in the hospital.
Don't hold your breath. Whatever the government reports wouldn't be the truth anyway. The freakin' FBI didn't catch the older brother's 6-month vacation to Russia because his name was spelled wrong. There's a bunch of amateurs in charge of the country's security.

Me, too. I saw the guy in the crowd, with another Saudi, both wearing wires in their ears. They were NOT watching the race! And, as Beck asks, if the guy in the hospital lives in Boston, how is it that he is registered as a student in a town in Ohio? Not only that, but a caller DID call his own congressman during the show, as Beck recommended we all do, and HIS representative said that the suspect that was in the hospital is already out of the US.
That was the initial report later proven false because it was actually the first wookie.
I've seen that stated a number of times, but don't know the source. Can anyone validate it is true?

I heard the Beck info both Friday and today. This “two Saudi” theory doesn’t square. The 3B status is attached to the Saudi picked up at the bombing. That can’t be reconciled with this story.
