I think anyone looking for a black rifle should consider ordering one from the manufacturer(s) through their ffl dealer. Part of our overall strategy should be increasing the number of rifles in circulation so as to make it increasingly unrealistic to think that you can ever get rid of them. This is accomplished by ordering the rifle brand new from the factories. It guarantees the birth of a new rifle and makes it that much more difficult to eliminate them. There are other compelling reasons too.
