College Friend Of Boston Bombing Suspect Says They Discussed Bombing At School Gym

A student who was friendly with Dzhokhar Tsarnaev told CNN Sunday that he discussed the Boston bombing with the suspected bomber at the UMass Dartmouth gym after Monday's bombing. Other students reflected that they were surprised by how normal Tsarnaev was after Monday's events...

In another article he mentions Afghanistan explicitly. He is equating what he did with our actions in Afghanistan, and getting revenge for them.

Someone who would put an IED next to civilians deserved to be treated like a rabid dog. One of the pictures taken shows this thing putting the explosive package next to a family, with the little boy who died clearly observable. I hope whoever is sent to interrogate him really ‘interrogates’ him. I do not advocate torturing human beings, or animals, but this thing is neither man nor beast. His very actions disqualified him from any regard or care.
