You are right. He certainly has allegiance to an Islamic Caliphate because to Islam the whole world belongs to and is under the jurisdiction of Islam. He therefore he has allegiance and fidelity to a foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty. This is the oath he took to become an American citizen.:
