Thanks for the wonderful humor, Herr Martenstein. Overall, however, the climate story is a sad and embarrassing one for the field of science and humanity.

Emitting more CO2 won’t warm us up. The Earth’s weather is a giant heat-regulating machine, so that the mean temp stays about the same regardless of how much heat is added to it by the sun and human activity.

Should be obvious, but: every day the sun loads the Earth with heat. More in Summer, less in Winter. Most of the heat is re radiated off into space. Turn off the sun and the Earth freezes in 2 days.

The amount of heat added by human activity is trivial compared to that added by the sun.

Martenstein’s essay is quite hilarious...even while he shifts blame to the so called experts, by stating he went with the majority opinion of the climatologists.

Martenstein, once a devout believer of the global warming religion, apparently has been struggling to reconcile the glaring differences between climate expectations and hard reality.

Same process happens when you stop believing in Unicorns...
