Nothing can equal the surreal media created about Katrina and the dome, the most bizarre reporting that was being completely made, up fake everything, reported in great detail and interviews, and yet it was inside of a building that anyone could walk into and move around freely.

I know, I went through Katrina in Biloxi and when I heard all the wild stories later I couldn't believe my ears. That whole “Bush hates black people” meme was pure agitprop.
