Just heard one explosive devise was thrown at a cop car from a fleeing vehicle. This doesn’t sound like a couple of stoner white teens.
If it is Tripathi, How in the hell did his hair grow that fast, assuming his last photo on March 16th was a current picture before he went missing. Also, his nostrils are much wider than the FBI picture of the suspect with the white cap. These are not the same people.
