Tatz problem is her inability to speak coherently and stay on topic. She is very scatter brained. This is a disastrous trait as a legal advocate. She has more determination than most lawyers but her disorganized mind keeps her from closing the deal. She would be much better served with having a skilled partner do the actual courtroom presentation. Unfortunately, her ego gets in the way.
