SEN. PAT TOOMEY: Im a gun owner, and the rights that are enshrined in the Second Amendment are very, very important to me personally, ..... I dont consider criminal background checks to be gun control. I think its just common sense. If you pass a criminal background check, you get to buy a gun, no problem. Its the people who fail a criminal or mental health background check that we dont want having guns.

“Sadly, I am from Pennsylvania and I voted for this double crossing bozo.

Did anyone ask Toomey how this law would have prevented Newtown?
Or ask Obama? Or Biden?
Does anyone in the “journalism” business do their jobs anymore?
Toomey’s argument is the same one pushed for police DUI roadblocks. Take a look at the police reports. You’ll find a ratio of 20/1 non-DUI but, high fine citations to DUIs.

When I was a kid, we used to call this behavior by “Elected Officials” TREASON.
It is surely a most serious violation of their oaths of office!
>>> Did anyone ask Toomey how this law would have prevented Newtown?
Not in the ‘press conference’ that I saw. He is going to face his constituents, hope some one bring it up. Multiple times. Until the knucklehead finally ‘GETS IT’
>>> Or ask Obama? Or Biden? <<<
Pfffttttt, you are kidding me, right?
