Hay is his Fathers.

His father was not an American citizen. Making him a dual citizen at birth.

His adopted father was not an American citizen. His adopted country does not recognize dual citizenships. He is an adopted Indonesian.

He never applied for American citizenship upon returning to Hawaii. Did he?

Did he?

Going thrice.... No!

He is an Illegal Alien from Indonesia, is his last PROVEABLE citizenship status. Unless Jug ears can cough up the citizenship application papers he is technically and legally still a citizen of Indonesia.

He is an Illegal Alien from Indonesia

Pretty much explains why he wants illegals to get a free slide into our country.

BHO is a U.S. citizen at birth. As a child you can’t have your U.S. citizenship taken away from you by an act if your parents or the citizenship laws of another country. He may have acquired Indonesian citizenship (and a passport to boot). But in doing so, he didn’t lose his U.S. nationality.
