I agree with your thinking about the coming 2016 presidential race, and hope with every fiber of my being that Gov. Palin answers the call of duty this time.
From your keyboard to God and Palin’s ears. This Country needs her more than ever.
I disagree with Coulter on some things. But she is very right about the amnesty treaty that Rubio is tarring his reputation with. That bill needs to be killed or the republic dies.
Rush played some audio tapes of the Attorney General talking to a Mexican amnesty crowd. The attorney general basically told these people that every person on the planet had the right to be an american citizen.
Sarah will have to put a lot of distance between herself and McCain on this one if she wants to get elected.
Palin16^inf!
What a snob she is..
Who could best totally bring out the republican/conservative base FIRST and then pull in some moderates.
Hold it CK... you realize we just had an election and virtually ALL conservative candidates were REJECTED and in some cases harangued to the political “lake of fire”?...
Unless even the republican primary elections were adjusted by democrat voter fraud...
NOW; wouldn’t THAT be a pisser?...
Wouldn’t bother republicans though.
HELL they don’t even care about democrat voter fraud in general elections..
Kind of makes you go “Hmmmmm” when you consider republicans selected the inventor of Romney-care to run against the inventor of Obama-care..
UNLESS; “they didn’t”...
I’m not sure that I disagree with you.
However, you missed the symmetry I was trying to point out. The dems twice went to the center left guy in 2000 and 2004. And the pubbies twice went to the center right guy in 2008 and 2012. All four times the centrists lost.
So yeah you’re right to ask whether the same pubbies who voted in Romney for their nominee in 2012 would vote for someone to his right in 2016.
I’m saying yeah, this could happen if the dems are any example. After seeing the center left candidates Al Gore and John Kerry lose to Bush, the next obvious center left candidate was Hillary. She lost to the far left candidate Obama in 2008.
Would the pubbies do the same thing. Will they vote for someone who is on the far right in 2016? Just as the dems voted for someone on the far left in 2008? I don’t know. Maybe. maybe not. But the psychology of being the party out of the white house for eight years will be the same for the pubbies in 2016, as it was for the dems in 2008.
Will they vote for someone who is on the far right in 2016?
FAR right???.. who, where, why, ....
There is NO far right.. if there is a “right” at all..
If I could find ANYthing far right I would join it.. I cannot..
Closest thing I know thats anything close to “right” is free republic..
And we have many Bushbots and Romneyacs here... and a few McCaineoids..
When the Fiat Money finally gives up the ghost
Many will wiping their Asks with it..
Then the big and not so big cites will ERUPT..
Which is exactly what the democrats are hoping (and planning) for..
It will be some version of Mad MAx...
No chance the fiat money will make things go bad.
Not with the USA producing nearly 1 million gallons a day more each year for the last three years and for the next 7 years or so.
Energy independence means the USA does not export half a trillion dollars annually.
The dollar becomes a hard currency again. You absolutely can’t underestimate the consequences of oil independence.
Here’s what I don’t like. I doesn’t look like Palin is learning a lot of geography.

I like Palin. I think she received extraordinarily unfair treatment in 2008, and since.
But my nearly reflexive urge to defend her is based more on the despicable people who attack her rather than strong support for her. I just don’t see her as capable of winning the Presidency. I think she’d get beat worse than McCain did. You mention moderates; it’s with those voters that I doubt she can do well enough. I think the Left’s demonization of Palin has been and would be effective with moderates.
I really don’t know who is out there that could unite conservatives and independents in large enough numbers to defeat the Democrats growing, immigration-driven demographic edge.
Point A is in Chechnya. Point B is in the Czech Republic.
Someone give Sarah Palin a map!
Hear! Hear!
What is this perfection template elites demand: ivy schools, accepted speech patterns, appropriate dress and grooming etc. Our side needs all conservative voices in whatever package they come in and the more and different, the better.
Palin resonates with people. She has a non pretentious sincere approachable style that Democrats envy and fear.
you were sure quick to jump on that.
Bulls-eye.
She and Coulter are essentially in the same business, which is self-promotion for the purpose of generating income.
More power to ‘em both. But you don’t get elected to anything that way.
Heres what I dont like. I doesnt look like Palin is learning a lot of geography.
Sooo, you do NOT know Europe is becoming Islamic!...
You see Europeans kill their babies(abortion).. MUSLIMS DO NOT..
Same seems to happening in the Nordic country’s as well..
Soon France will NOT be France anymore..
Sooo, you do NOT know Europe is becoming Islamic!...
........
sounds like you’re boasting rather than complaining.
If obamaCare was not enough of a reason to vote Romney.
The traitors who didn't vote Romney have taken are country over the cliff.
Dream all you want to, in a few years Obama will will look tame. The numbers are not there for the future.
If obamaCare was not enough of a reason to vote Romney.
.........
Obamacare is dead in the water. It will be declared unconstitutional or it will be repealed.
Romney barely got more votes than McCain.
Neither Romney or McCain turned out the base even as much as Bush 43.
