Back in the day I just let em run free around the Yard ... the Chicken Tractor is how I’m gonna keep the Hawks from getting to them (and keep the City from getting upset ...again)

My neighbor distracted the city guy by talking about how ugly my 'dog' (Miss Piggy) was that I bootlegged until Miss Piggy got big enough to part out.

That 'dog' loved some cornbread.

I had a few chickens years ago when we lived out in the country on Oyster Creek. The raccoons got ‘em, broke my heart. A friend tries to have chickens here in Houston but something always gets hers too, maybe coyotes. Chickens need lots of protection.
