OK, overturned ruling. Still not enough; even in your post the cite said that there could be restrictions on free speech... when it is plain to anyone who cares to read that the first amendment is unqualified and absolute in its prohibitions placed upon Congress. (i.e. there's no "unless it would incite people to violence/rebellion" clause.)

It does not say anything about states making criminal or civil statutes regarding criminal behavior.
