This memo from the DHS was NOT directed at the banks.
It was directed to account holders.
Why??? like everything else they are doing, the goal is to collapse the system.
Banks depend upon a certain level of trust given them by account holders. Without it, they would not be in business.
This “memo” all by itself does more damage to the system than actually attempting to do what they say they can do.
1st of all, DHS does not have the manpower to start confiscating accounts on any large scale measure.
2nd, there is no good reason for them to bypass normal procedure (i.e. getting a warrant)
If after reading this article, you feel inclined to remove your assets from the bank, you are doing EXACTLY what the federal government wants you to.
Make no mistake... DHS knows what it’s doing, and the banks are powerless to stop them... It’s not about the security of your accounts and safe deposits, but rather about the trust you place in them.

#2) Never go outside the expertise of your people. It results in confusion, fear and retreat. Feeling secure adds to the backbone of anyone.
#3) Whenever possible, go outside the expertise of the enemy. Look for ways to increase insecurity, anxiety and uncertainty.
