I hate to agree with Hillary's ...”What difference does it make?” No evidence of Obama’s ineligibility to be POTUS, no matter how concrete, would at this point make any difference. No one is going to embroil the country in the Constitutional crisis that would be caused by ruling Obama ineligible to have been POTUS. I an convinced that many in Washington know with varying degrees of certainty that Obama’s past would have either made him ineligible to be POTUS or at least so suspect as to be untrustworthy in the office. They are just waiting for his term in office to be up and move on. One bright side is that upcoming conservatives like Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio could now be considered for the Presidency. While I know the media will have a double standard they would have a problem questioning Cruz or Rubios’ eligibility without raising embarrassing questions about Obama.

Hah! Do you think the left cares? They won and got Obozo jammed through. Most of them know or knew he was ineligible and did not care, but would that stop them from trashing Cruz and Rubio? NO NO NO The double standard with those leftist is obvious, but they just don't care.

Cruz and Rubio present a very interesting scenario as to arguments that could arise in the next POTUSA race/campaign. I do not believe either one meets the rigid/explicit Constitutional criteria as a ‘natural born citizen’. However, assuming either or both are in the forefront as GOP POTUSA nominee, I am sure the question of eligibility will arise from somewhere/some persons. Of course on the other hand both/all sides could agree that it would be best for all to keep the issue very quiet and let the world go by to the detriment of not being forthright and non definitive as to Constitutional eligibility.
