While I may not agree with the interpretation of "Natural Born"...it's a settled matter, he's President and the bell can't be unrung. It's most definitely NOT a "settled matter" and will continue to be a problem until it becomes settled. Obama was sworn in as President, twice, and yes, most likely all his acts as President will be sustained even if he was and remains ineligible for the office. But that too, it not really settled.
Meanwhile, the word is "stuned" not "stunned". Look it up.
