DHS confirms it's spying on 'anti-government' Americans

In an effort to clear up “misconceptions” that the Fusion Centers of the Department of Homeland Security spy on Americans, Arkansas State Fusion Center Director Richard Davis denied that they do this, instead saying that they’re only spying on “anti-government” Americans

...

As has been reported, the DHS has released documents listing Ron Paul supporters, libertarians, people who support gun rights, who oppose the Federal Reserve, oppose illegal immigration and oppose abortion as “domestic extremists” and terrorists.

Over the last year, the DHS has purchased nearly 2 billion rounds of mostly hollow point ammunition, more than 2,700 MRAP vehicles designed to withstand mine blasts, 7,000 fully automatic assault rifles and $2 million worth of paper targets depicting average Americans with the label “No More Hesitation.” These purchases have led many to believe that the agency is getting ready to fight Americans, as the DHS only operates domestically. If this is true, then the fact that they’re spying on people with anti-government views means they’re preparing to fight those people.

Also the more they can demonize us as well. A lot of what we are seeing from the left in this country is in may ways like what you have seen in Nazi Germany, the early years; or other communist/socialist type infiltrations into governments around the world and history is clear on the results.

The problem, as I see it, is that so many Americans are completely in the dark on history. The devil is in the details, and most Americans couldn’t even tell you what years WWII spanned, let alone WWI. Hell, I’d go so far as to say that most Americans don’t know why or when we fought in Vietnam.

The leftists have won when it comes to education. They took over the education system lock, stock, and barrel, and they’ve turned at least one full generation of kids into complete moron robots, and I’m talking about my generation here. They’re so enamored with this idea of “fairness” and “equality” that they’ll do anything for a government that promises it, not realizing that life not only isn’t fair, outcomes aren’t equal.

America, the WORLD, is in deep shit.

OK, that’s funny right there, and spot on. And deadly serious, all at once.

Of course, they are postponing the exchanges now until 2015 - after the next round of elections. So they idiots that don’t pay attention won’t know what they’ve done until it’s too late. (or was that 2012)

Cannot argue with you. Education was the key ticket for the nutjobs of society. Once you have that and a generation under that rot, its game over. I am not that old and as a kid in the late 70’ and 80’s I see a vast difference by comparison today. It really accelerated after the break up of the Soviet Union. Education was fairly dumnbed down then though I had private schooling and even that was a bit wanting. There is another component as well, we have been coddled from the realities of life for way to long and that helps breed outcomes like this.
