I can see needing to import cane cutters for Florida, or tomato pickers in the DelMarVa Peninsula, but import workers for grass cutting, grounds keeping, and kitchen work in a country club, nah!! These are mostly year round jobs, and job training for locals should be provided to keep down unemployment, welfare and food stamp costs.

The locals who could do this work are much too busy collecting government benefit checks. Filling out applications for government benefits is time consuming work.

If the available jobs are cutting cane in FL, that’s where our unemployed should be and what they should be doing.
