WFAA Dallas ^ | 4/13/13 | WFAA Kaufman County records show that former Justice of the Peace Eric Williams has been arrested. He's the man whose house authorities were searching on Friday afternoon and into the night in connection with their investigation of the Kaufman County prosecutor murders. Williams, 46, was booked into the Kaufman County Jail at 12:32 a.m. Saturday and charged with making a "terroristic threat." Bond was set at $1 million. |

Eric Williams, a former justice of the peace in Kaufman County who was convicted of stealing county equipment last year, has not been named as a suspect. His attorney could not be reached for comment Friday but has said Williams is cooperating with investigators. |
