That may prove to be extremely difficult in a future war. Although in the age of facebook and online logs a history both family and otherwise would be most uses full to both us and the regime to deduce loyoty. Indeed I suspect the NSA’s data center in Utah is no doubt already complying information on every american.

Some of this when commedeered may be used to the advantage of patriots, much will be used to the advantage of loyalist. Without battle lines any such war would be a very bloody and terrible thing defined much by terror.

Free speech, or what is left of it, would be very much the primary weapon.
