In other words, the Obama administration could care less about the boundaries of the Constitution, the Tenth Amendment or anything else regarding the law. They believe they are above the law and will seek to force unlawful laws upon a law abiding people. This is a tyrannical Federal government that is seeking to usurp state constitutions and the will of the people in those states, including nullification legislation that has passed through state legislatures.

Federal agents with hollowpoint bullets. Waiting to “negotiate” with those who do not wear the AIDS ribbon.

...in states where they refuse to comply with federal healthcare mandates that agents from the Department of Health and Human Services will assume absolute control over the states health insurance industry. Let 'em.
That way when the abomination becomes so overwhelmingly bad that even the low-information people know what's going on, they will also know that the responsible part is the US feral government.

All it takes is a court case to the US Supreme Court to enforce the US Constitution. Things like this are “yapped about” all the time and continue to be yapped about - UNTIL - a final court decision comes down. That’s when all the talking stops (except for the losing side who continually complains after that ... LOL ...).

Federal agents with hollowpoint bullets. Their MP4s are only accurate to about 50 yards, and they only know how to spray and pray.
Aim small, miss small.

Federal agents with hollowpoint bullets. Almost all of them have families... If they wish to be loyal to Obama in spite of the Constitution, let them know what the phrase "loyalty unto death" means.

Not that I disagree in spirit ... but I think you’re misinterpreting the Obamacare ruling.
The Court said the Feds couldn’t withhold medicaid funds to coerce States. The Obamacare law does give them the power to set up Federal exchanges when States refuse. That power wasn’t struck down by the Court, as far as I know.
I think they’re asserting that power. Its a bad idea, with plenty of ramifications to States rights and sovereignty ... but I don’t think they’re countermanding the Court here.

” Let ‘em.

And the Obama media will be sure to make it clear that the source of the low information voter’s problems is the Republicans in government.
Bottom is a long way off, but we’re going to hit it, that’s a guarantee.
