Truer words never spoken. What’s more, Obama may yet turn out to be his own worst enemy. He believes he won his second term overwhelmingly due to his popularity [the very essence of Malignant Narcissism being detachment from reality—& Obama has it in spades] & he is now acting w imperious obnoxiousness. Surprise surprise, people have noticed. His poll #s are in steep decline—and this despite the fact that pollsters are almost certainly STILL oversampling Dems.
Supreme imperiousness, in all its ugly, nasty forms, combined w eroding popularity will likely doom the man-child once & for all. He is [to cite just one instance] becoming more bold & open in his Reggie Love dalliance. W’out doubt something is going to give. It may yet take a while, or it may be sooner than later. But as you said, it isn’t over by a long shot. Pride goeth before a fall, and Obama has set himself up for one humdinger of a Humpty Dumpty style fall.
