The E Mails were alluding to sources high in the government of Libya and other high placed officials and influential people in the Middle East and North Africa.

Sidney Blumenthals expertise is in smearing political rivals of the Clintons. Blumenthal is not a Geo Political analyst nor does he have these connections in the Middle East and North Africa.
