The whole thing stinks: the people of California vote to preserve real marriage and the gays throw everything into court. A gay judge is assigned the case - and to no one’s surprise, rules for gays and against the people.
The sliminess is stunning, yet we’re all supposed to pretend that it’s just fine.

Same thing happened with prop 187 in '94, cutting of benefits to illegal immigrants - Californians made their wishes known loud and clear.

But a single judge differed and casually tossed the new law out. The rest is history.

There isn't a corner of hell hot enough for tyrant jurists.
