If only he had the same fervor for prosecuting another Pennsyvlanian whose bad climate predictions have wreaked havoc for millions — Michael Mann.

I’m all for jokes and a sense of humor but really?! IMHO, a prosecutor should act more professional. This sounds like humor from a teenager... not from someone who prosecutes homicides, rapes, burglaries etc.. Grow up.
To: Biggirl
Perhaps he can also prosecute all the prevaricating “useful idiots” in the mass media (and their political masters) who*ve continuously predicted or proclaimed “economic recovery,” “religion of peace,” “free medical care,” “peace process/two-state solution,” and “the death of Christianity” these last 3 or 4 years? But no, he’s gonna prosecute an innocent, much smaller rodent instead. Alas!

Don’t worry, kidnapping Phil out of his burrow was an unlawful search “Mapp v. Ohio”.
No good law enforcement has ever come out of that state.

Poor Phil
He needs to get out of the weather-predicting business and find work as a government economist

Not state government, a local county prosecutor.
What is he reacting to?
A predicted snowfall of 4 to 8 inches this Sunday.
Yes, it’s a joke. A little levity is harmless and very helpful under the circumstances.

Gmoser expects Phil to appeal the indictment. His defense will be he didnt know his rear end from a hole in the ground, Gmoser said.

Hmmmm, Michael may be on to something.
Say, how ‘bout a similar treatment of politicians who, oh, I dunno, predicted disaster if the Sequester kicked in?

I don’t know - this big hairy rat seems to get it right about as often as my local forecaster does.

Despite Phil’s bum prediction he hasn’t perpetrated near the fraud that the global warming crowd has foisted on us.
To: Biggirl
Way out of his jurisdiction. Maybe he should focus on whether Buckeye Chuck broke the same laws.
