The KKK was shut down as an organization by such a huge award in a suit brought by the Southern Poverty Law Center that it lost its property. This same tactic should be used by the NRA to go after the agencies and personnel responsible for this outrage.
Can’t, local, state and federal employees are exempt from lawsuits unless they agree to be sued....
