Exactly. Don’t ask an institution that has been around for thousands of years to change to suit your fancy; there are plenty of churches that can accommodate their beliefs.

To liberals, the Church is a political interest group that should lose its tax exemption. They classify the Church’s teachings as political activity.

Exactly. For example, I believe Jesus is the Messiah and I like non-kosher food. Consequently, I don’t stand outside Orthodox Jewish synagogues and demand they change their teachings to suit my beliefs. I respect their freedom of religion as I expect others to respect mine.

These people seem to forget that God's ways are not the ways of man.

I reckon most of us choose fo follow God.
