I read something interesting today. I guess nana-bloomie is using health department regulations to ban these larger drinks, which the city has jurisdiction over. But I read that since 7-11 stores are classified as markets which are regulated by the state, is it true that they can't stop 7-11s from selling Big Gulps? Or is that only for sealed drink containers, like how NYC pizza shops wouldn't be allowed to sell 2 liter bottles of soda, where 7-11s could?

I'm just wondering.

But I LOVE the idea that a judge put a stop to nana-bloomie's plans, at least temporarily.
