AZ doesn’t have it because no one wants an extra hour of heat in a desert state. The Navajo Nation there is on DST, so keep it in mind when you enter the Indian reservation. :)
American Samoa, HI, the American VI and Puerto Rico do not observe DST again because of the extra heat in a subtropical climate.
Amazing! Extra hour of heat? Maybe we could change to a 22 hour long day and cure Global Warming.
