IMO as a retired Certified Fraud Examiner(CFE), POTUS Barry, the DNC and the HI DOH and HI governors have all engaged in an obvious anti-transparent pattern of criminal conspiracy, fraud and forgery which logic dictates can only be aimed at hiding documents and bribing or intimidating witnesses in the US, Kenya and Indonesia that could almost certainly disclose his ineligibility due to a foreign birth.
If criminal charges can be brought in federal court or alleged in an impeachment hearing which result prove up evidence beyond a reasonable doubt of a foreign birth and Barry’s conscious efforts to conceal it, Barry could be convicted either in criminal court or by the Senate and removed from office.
SCOTUS affirmed in MvH that citizen parents (plural) at the time of birth is what is required for NBC status, NOT having parents born on US soil.
Barry is the only POTUS to have a claimed KNOWN non-citizen parent at birth. SCOTUS is the only court that can reverse MvH, IMO. Without discovery in a trial on the merits that reaches SCOTUS, even the identity of Barry’s actual parents is subject to question given the evident forgery of his HI BC, IMO.

Wong Kim Ark case was decided on a flawed interpretation of the 14th amendment citizenship, not on natural born Citizenship.

My mistake. NBC was “defined” in the Constitution, but was a term with a well-known meaning in common usage at the time of the founding as declared in MVH and that compliance with that term, NBC, was required for POTUS eligibility.
There has been no SCOTUS ruling reversing the NBC definition in MvH after full discovery in a trial on the merits on point with the alleged biography of the current POTUS (alleged UK subject father at birth).

What the holding in US v Wong Kim Ark did was establish a precedent that a Citizen of the United States at birth and a Natural Born Citizen were synonymous concepts.
Over the last 115 years and with more than a thousand subsequent citations, that legal position has not been overturned.....yet!
Hoover and Wilsons mothers became naturalized Citizens through derivative marriage to their husbands before Herbert and Woodrow were born. Jefferson and Jackson were grandfathered in as citizen presidents. Buchanan’s dad became naturalized before James was born. Arthur’s father didn’t naturalize until after Chester was born. He was not natural born. Obama’s father never intended to naturalize. Obama Jr. is just like Arthur was, not a natural born Citizen. Obama is a 14th Amendment statutory citizen..........not eligible.
When I talk to people who've never discussed the eligibility issue, and I explain that if the man calling himself "Obama" is telling us the truth about his origins, then he's not eligible due to concerns over divided loyalty, no matter where he was born, they instantly and instinctively understand that as the defining component in determining Natural Born Citizenship status.Too bad their emotional "understanding" isn't supported by either law or the Constitution.
